***FALL 2012 SEASON CLUB SOCCER TRYOUTS!!!***
Tryouts for the upcoming Fall 2012 season will be held on June 5, 7, and 11.
Times will be 6pm to 8pm on each of the dates. Please try to attend as many of these dates as you can. Location for the
tryouts will be the Florence Sportsplex...if you are not familiar with the location, hit the maps tab for a map and directions.
Please
fill out the medical release form at this link and bring to tryouts with you. The notary signature will not be required
yet, but this will shorten your processing time at the field.
